Great Service and Expectation Management
Kris and the service department went out their way to help me get my tire replaced and back on the road the same day. My Indian Roadmaster is my primary conveyance and commuter, and they understood this. I have more warranty work to get done, but Kris went out of her way to ensure I properly understood why they couldnt get that done and will work with me in the future to get that handled when I can go without my machine for a period of time.
