Service with a Smile
I have been up there several times asking that I have no idea what I was doing and your service person Chad always took the time to be able to explain what I need and how to do it even over the phone he would get the part ready for me and set it on the side while I was in my cell phone to go pick it up here recently I brought in my weedeater for service and within noon the next day my weedeater was fixed and he explain to me exactly what was wrong with it. He took the time to let me know how to correct it and even offered how to show me. Every time I went to your service department I always felt like they were ready to help and I was never a burden as a customer or taking up their time. (Employee: Chad LeMire)
